Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 June 2026
Please read carefully. SaveWallet is a self-custodial wallet. You alone hold your recovery phrase and private keys. If you lose them, no one — including us — can recover your funds. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SaveWallet mobile application and the website at savewallet.io (together, the "Service"), provided by SaveWallet ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us.
2. The service
SaveWallet is a non-custodial software wallet for the TRON network. It lets you generate and manage wallets, view balances, send and receive TRX and TRC20/TRC10 tokens (such as USDT), stake and vote, swap tokens via third-party protocols, and connect to decentralized applications. SaveWallet is a tool you operate yourself; we never take custody of your funds, never hold your keys, and cannot transact on your behalf.
3. Self-custody & your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Securely recording and storing your recovery phrase, private keys, and passcode;
- All activity that occurs through your wallet;
- Verifying recipient addresses, amounts, networks, and fees before confirming any transaction;
- Reviewing and approving every dApp connection and signature request.
We cannot recover lost recovery phrases or reverse confirmed transactions. If you lose access to your recovery phrase, you will permanently lose access to your funds. If you send funds to the wrong address or on the wrong network, they may be unrecoverable.
4. Eligibility & lawful use
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and no younger than 13) to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to use it to facilitate money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal activity. You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and tax obligations that apply to you, including any restrictions in your country of residence.
5. Assumption of risk
Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology involve significant risk. You acknowledge and accept that:
- The value of digital assets can be extremely volatile and may fall to zero;
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed;
- Networks may experience congestion, forks, bugs, or failures outside our control;
- Smart contracts and dApps may contain vulnerabilities or behave maliciously;
- Regulatory changes may affect your ability to use digital assets.
6. Third-party services
The Service may interact with third-party infrastructure and applications, including TRON nodes, block explorers, price feeds, WalletConnect, swap protocols (e.g. SunSwap), and dApps you choose to connect to. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party service, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
7. No financial advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not recommend any particular asset or transaction. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law or any applicable open-source license.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DIGITAL ASSETS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Because SaveWallet is non-custodial and we never hold your keys or funds, we are not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from your acts or omissions, lost recovery phrases, compromised devices, or third-party services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Changes & termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Because the Service is non-custodial, you can stop using it at any time and your funds remain accessible via your recovery phrase on any compatible wallet.
13. Governing law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
